I just wanted to let you know how well Lady is doing. She is the Beagle mix you had last summer. She is amazing. She no longer goes to the bathroom in the house, but asks to go out doors. She behaves very well. Thank you for a great job.

"Thanks to Mike, my Doberman, Panzer der Grosseretterhund, CGC, CD, has a solid retrieve. Teaching the retrieve using food and encouragement was not working for Panzer. After working with Mike, he will retrieve anything. I have to put him in a down stay when other dogs around him are retrieving. If he hears the word BRING, he immediately starts scanning the area, hoping for a chance to retrieve. Panzer's respect toward me has increased since learning the retrieve, which positively affects all areas of his training." Liz Cleaves, Tewksbury, MA

| Mike Pinksten's decades of experience training, breeding, and boarding dogs and his uncommon kindness underneath his no-nonsense exterior made it unquestionable that I would drive ninety miles to have my old Rhodesian Ridgeback buffed up and then take my four month standard poodle pup to be trained. I only regret not having known about Mike fifteen years ago when the word on the street was that training had to be in class with the owner and no treats were allowed. Mike makes it clear why this is not so. In any institution, kindness comes from the top. Mike's staff knows his way and is kind throughout. Pat and Tipu

| Steve with Max |
|
| Dear Mike, We wanted to let you know how happy we are that we enrolled Max in your 3 week board and train program. He is a new dog! Not only has his attention biting been cured, but he also listens to our commands, heels when walking with us (with or without distractions), and lays contentedly near us whether we are in the house, outside in the yard, or in a group of people. Correcting unwanted behavior is a cinch, and Max only needs one or two firm corrections and he gets the message. Your methods work, and we are telling everyone who will listen how fantastic your program is. There's no doubt we will recommend Olympia Kennels to anyone who is looking for dog training assistance. Thank you for helping Max become the well behaved member of our family we hoped he could be!
Sincerely,
Steve & Darcie Pitta
P.S. We've attached some pictures of us working on the commands you taught Max (and us.)

Thanks to Mike and his team@ Olympia for doing such a wonderful job with Buddha, our German Shepherd. We missed him over the 3 week period of training, however, what we saw when we got there , made those three weeks well worth the time apart. Buddha is doing terriffic and we look forward to doing further training with Mike in the near future!! Thanks, The Sousa's (Meryl, Jerome, Mark, And Buddha)

| "I never would have dreamed I’d be willing to live for weeks without Lily, my 90 lb. German Shepherd; but when she bit my friend, I realized I needed to have her behavior evaluated by an expert - I had no choice. It turned out to be the best investment my husband and I ever made in our dog's health and well-being. Lily is much calmer now and much less unpredictable. Last evening, Michael was away and a delivery man came to the door in the dark. After her initial barking, Lily sat quietly in a sit (stay) position while I took the delivery, paid the man, and talked a bit. Normally, she would have been a slathering beast at the door! Most importantly, Michael and I are now better informed regarding dog behavior in general and realize, despite our best intentions, where WE went wrong with Lily's 'upbringing'. We are absolutely dedicated to ongoing reinforcement of Lily's training, and look forward to many more years with her. Now maybe we can take her places with us! Thanks, Mike, for your expertise and the efforts of all your staff." Lynette and Michael Bell

"I want to tell you that Bo is a changed dog! He has more composure and self-control, which makes him more manageable in all situations. It is really a pleasure to walk him now - no pulling or impulsive charges at squirrels or even at wild turkeys, and there have been no lunges at passers-by. He may miss the excitement of the kennel and the challenge of working with a good trainer, but we are doing our best to keep him busy and responsive to commands. Thank you - you really did amazing things with Bo." Nancy
